Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Order Issues: Refunds are only available if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or significantly damaged items). Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days.

  • Damaged Items: Report significant shipping damage within 10 days of receipt. Minor shipping wear is not eligible for refunds. Replacements or refunds for damages are at our discretion.

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Returns after 7 days.

    • Refunds for customers changing their minds.

    • NO Refunds on eBook purchases or digital downloads of any kind.

No Exchanges, Store Credit, or International Refunds:

  • Exchanges and store credit might be offered at the discretion of our team.

  • International Orders: All international orders are final and not eligible for refunds or returns. Contact us if you are dissatisfied with your order in some way.

How to Request a Refund:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
